General Return Information
- AndaSeat offers 15-Day Return Policy for all chairs and desks.
- The return and exchange periods apply from the first date you received your product. Your date of receipt will be the date shown on our delivery records for your order. Before initiating a return, please contact our customer support team to see if they can assist with resolving the issue.
- The Return Policy applies only to orders placed on www.andaseat.com and is nontransferable. If you purchased your items through a licensed third-party vendor, kindly contact their representative directly, as they may have their own specific policies and procedures.
- Before sending a return, please notify us via Contact Form or email at sales-support@andaseat.com within 7 days of the day you receive your product, as per tracking information. Once we confirm and approve the return/exchange, you will need to ship it back to the address provided by AndaSeat.
- AndaSeat offers 3-Year Limited Warranty for all chairs and desks. Customers have the option to extend the warranty up to five (5) years.
Validity Period for Returns
Category A (New & Unopened)
You must ship returning items back to us within 15 days from the date you receive your chair, basing on tracking.
Category B (DOA & Used & Damaged)
Follow your warranty period.
Return Shipping Fees
Return/Exchange Shipping Fees
Customers are responsible for shipping fees (including cross-border and international shipping costs, if applicable) unless the refund is due to quality faults.
Damage Fees
Fees may apply if the original packaging is not returned, or if goods or packaging are damaged or missing parts upon receipt.
Conditions of Return
Category A (New & Unopened):
- The product must be in excellent condition.
- The product is unopened with all seals still in place, unused, unassembled, unworn and not damaged in anyway.
- No missing parts (along with any bundled or promotional items you received with your order).
- Product must be returned within the 15-day validity period.
- Product must be marked as “Returned Goods”.
Category B (DOA & Used & Damaged)
- Follow the warranty policy.
Refund
- Tracking details for the returned goods must be provided within 7 days from the start of your return process.
- Once the inspection is complete, refunds will be initiated within 7 working days.
- Refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase of the returned goods. Typically, refunds should be credited to your account within 2 days, depending on your bank's procedures.
- Shipping costs incurred during your purchase are non-refundable.
Overall Return Process
Category A (New & Unopened)
- Contact us via Contact Form: Provide your order number and product details to request the return address and initiate the return process.
- Ensure Package Integrity: Ensure that the product is not unpacked and maintains its original packaging with all seals intact.
- Meet Return Criteria: 1) The product is returned within 15 days of receipt; 2)The original packaging is intact; 3) The product is unopened with all seals still in place, unused, unassembled, unworn and not damaged in anyway.
- Shipping Back the Product: Once we confirm and approve the return, you will need to ship it back to the address provided by AndaSeat and provide us with a tracking number once the product is shipped back.
- Refund Process: After inspecting the package, we will issue your refund.
Category B (DOA & Used & Damaged)
- Contact the AndaSeat customer service and claim your warranty.
Exchange Service
If you want to exchange your product for a different style or color, please reach out to our customer service team to check availability and get assistance.
Important Note
- Please ensure you follow our return instructions carefully. It is your responsibility to return the goods to the correct address in their original packaging and in good condition. We do not accept liability for items lost, damaged, or rejected due to incorrect address information.
- For high-value items, we recommend opting for shipping insurance to protect against loss or damage during transit. You will be responsible for filing any insurance claims with the shipping carriers.
- Should the returned items exhibit excessive wear and tear beyond what is reasonable for evaluation (such as overhandling), or if the packaging is damaged, AndaSeat reserves the right to make deductions from your refund. These deductions will be based on our reasonable assessment of the impact of overhandling or damage to the goods and their packaging.
- All decisions regarding refunds and returns made by AndaSeat are final.
