All orders will normally be shipped within 48 business hours of an order being placed.

Delivery Update
All orders will normally be shipped within 48 business hours from the time of purchase. You'll get an email confirmation with your tracking information once your order ships.
* For in-stock items, Current shipping takes 3-7 business days.
* For pre - ordered items, it may take 1 to 2 months to deliver.
Once your order tracking number has been generated, it will be on the order information page when you log into your account on our website. Please click on the My Order tab to obtain all of your order and tracking information so you are informed about the delivered details.
AndaSeat ships all chairs in unopened boxes that come directly from our manufacturer so customers will receive the chairs in pristine condition. If you should receive a chair that has been damaged while in transit please contact us immediately at sales-support@andaseat.com and we will be able to assist you with your concerns.
