General Shipping Information
- AndaSeat provides shipping on all orders with selected shipping options.
- All orders will normally be shipped within 48 business hours of an order being placed.
- The Shipping Policy applies only to orders placed on www.andaseat.com . If you purchased your items through a licensed third-party vendor, kindly contact their representative directly, as they may have their own specific policies and procedures.
Shipment Processing Times
All orders are processed within 48 business hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after the order is placed. Please note that during high-volume periods, processing time may take longer than usual.
Shipping Area
Our website only supports shipping to the United States, but we have retailers worldwide. Please click the link and select your country to place an order. If your country is not available, please fill out the Contact Form or contact sales-support@andaseat.com. We will contact you shortly.
Methods of Shipping and Delivery Time
We prioritize delivering your order promptly. Depending on your delivery location and item type, we utilize various shipping services to ensure swift delivery. Orders in the U.S. are usually shipped by FedEx.
You'll get an email confirmation with your tracking information once your order ships. For in-stock items, current shipping takes 3 to 7 business days. For pre-ordered items, it may take 1 to 2 months to restock and deliver.

AndaSeat offers free shipping to shipping address for the United States.
Tracking Orders
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the tracking number on the carrier’s website. Also, you can use your order number or tracking number on AndaSeat Package Tracking to check your order status directly.
Damaged or Lost Items
AndaSeat ships all chairs in unopened boxes that come directly from our manufacturer so customers will receive the chairs in pristine condition. If you receive a damaged item or your order is lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Cancellations and Returns
If the order hasn’t shipped, please feel free to contact us via Contact Form or email at sales-support@andaseat.com for help. We will do our best to assist with your request based on your order status. However, we’re unable to change or cancel your order once it ships.
AndaSeat allows for returns if you have changed your mind. Follow these steps to return your AndaSeat product.
- Contact us via Contact Form: Reach out to AndaSeat customer service to request the return address and initiate the return process.
- Ensure Package Integrity: Ensure that the product is not unpacked and maintains its original packaging with all seals intact.
- Meet Return Criteria:
1. The product is returned within 15 days of receipt;
2. The original packaging is intact;
3. The product is unopened with all seals still in place, unused, unassembled, unworn and not damaged in anyway. -
Shipping Back the Product:
Once we confirm and approve the return, you will need to ship it back to the address provided by AndaSeat and provide us with a tracking number once the product is shipped back. - Refund Process:
After inspecting the package, we will issue your refund.
