General Warranty Information
- AndaSeat offers 3-Year Limited Warranty for all chairs and desks. Customers have the option to extend the warranty up to five (5) years.
- The warranty periods apply from the first date you received your product. Your date of receipt will be the date shown on our delivery records for your order. To obtain warranty service, please ensure you have the order number as proof of purchase and complete the Warranty & Claim Form.
- The Limited Warranty Policy applies only to orders placed on www.andaseat.com and is nontransferable. This Limited Warranty does not apply to purchases made on third-party sites.
- To avoid voiding your warranty, please adhere to the instructions outlined in the Maintenance and Use Guide and the Assembly Guide and Video provided.
Types of Warranties and Warranty Periods
Standard Warranty
All AndaSeat chairs and desks come with a 3-year manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty period for each product or service may vary. Find your product below to confirm the length of the standard manufacturer's warranty and learn more about warranty services.

Optional Extended Warranty
Warranty extension applies to all AndaSeat gaming chairs and desks. If you're looking to protect your purchases for the long term, extend your warranty from 3 to 5 years for free with only 2 steps. What Does This Limited Warranty Cover?
AndaSeat’s warranty commitments will be granted if:
- Missing parts from the products at the time of delivery;
- Defects in the manufacturing of materials used for the products at the time of delivery;
- The products would fit your particular purpose if we promised that the product would meet a need you told us about, based on our records;
- Failure of the products to correspond with the description in the applicable contract of sale at the time of delivery;
- Major defects in the functionality of gas piston, armrests, backrest recline, and casters.
What Does This Limited Warranty Not Cover?
AndaSeat’s warranty commitments will not be granted if:
- Wear and tear or deformation of PVC leather/linen fabric, including but not limited to cuts, scratches or damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, water, flood, fire, or other acts of nature or external causes;
- Consequential, or incidental damage, whether resulting from the use, misuse, or inability to use this product;
- Aesthetic flaws or minor deviations in products from posted images are attributable to natural variations in materials used or the manual assembly process.
- Product chromatic aberrations, such as those caused by light when shooting or inconsistencies in screen monitor resolution.
- Misuse or failure to follow installation and operating instructions (including failure to perform preventative maintenance).
- Damage to a product that has been modified or altered without the written permission of AndaSeat;
- Contact with animals or exposure of products to environments with high heat, humidity, salinity, or pollutant gases.
- Operation in a humid atmosphere (including conditions like hyperhidrosis or contact with aqueous or organic solvents), as well as thermal degradation or elements known to cause material breakdown.
- Use in anything other than a domestic, private and non-commercial setting;
- Minor variations arise out of hand-made workmanship.
Warranty Basic Service
AndaSeat offers warranty services to eligible users. During the warranty period, if you submit a claim, AndaSeat will:
① Ship replacement parts to you free of charge, along with necessary installation instructions for self-repair of defective products. If faulty parts cannot be repaired by replacement and significantly affect you use, we will refund you the exact purchase price you paid.
Note:
- Labor costs incurred for replacement parts service are not covered by AndaSeat.
- Replacement items are warranted until the end of the original warranty period or for 60 days from the date of receipt, whichever provides longer coverage.
② Reimburse a partial cost as a solution if you choose to retain unrepaired products, or offer discounts for purchasing new products as compensation.
If the item is out of warranty, you will be responsible for all costs related to repair and replacement. These costs may include handling, transportation, packaging, shipping charges, and customs duties.
How To Make A Warranty Claim
Proper inspection upon delivery and clear documentation of any issues are essential for initiating a warranty claim. Follow our guidelines to ensure prompt solution of your concerns.
- Inspect and check the product packaged firstly, if the package was seriously damaged, you can refuse the acceptance of the product at once and contact where you bought it immediately to handle this.
- Inspect and check every part of the chair after package opening and before assembling. If broken or tear and wear are found, please do not assemble the chair and promptly send the photos or videos of this issue and the package to where you bought it or AndaSeat support team.
Warranty Claim Process and Requirements
- Submit your Warranty & Claim Form within 14 days of noticing the defect.
- Provide order number as proof of purchase and describe the details of the product.
- Provide us clear pictures and/or videos of the defect area(s).
Note: If you fail to comply with the above provisions to process your claim, we may infer that you are unable to substantiate your claim or have abandoned your claim.
Limitation on Transferability of Warranties
- The AndaSeat Warranty applies solely to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred. Any attempt to transfer this warranty will render it null and void.
- As we cannot determine the authenticity or original condition of products sold through channels outside of our official website, we regretfully won’t be able to provide warranty support for those products.
