Are bundle combinations fixed?
No. You can freely mix and match chairs, desks, sizes, and colors to build your preferred setup. However, available options may vary by product line. For example, the Novis Series is currently offered only in Elegant Black and Ash Gray.
Can the chairs fit under the Xtreme standing desk without their armrests getting stuck?
Yes. All AndaSeat gaming chairs feature adjustable seat height and armrests, with some models offering up to 6D armrest adjustment for added flexibility. Plus, the Xtreme standing desk provides 28.7″–46.1″ height adjustment and features an anti-collision system, so it's easy to find a safe, comfortable, and collision-free setup.
Will my bundle arrive in one package?
Not exactly. Each chair, desk, and accessory is packed separately for safe delivery. While items in the same order may ship and arrive at the same time, they will be delivered in separate packages.
Will you offer free assembly service?
Assembly service isn’t available at the moment, but we’re working on it. All products are designed for easy self-assembly and include clear instructions and step-by-step videos to guide you through the process.
How does the warranty work for bundles?
Whether you purchase products as a bundle or separately, all chairs and desks come with a 3-Year Limited Warranty. You can also extend the warranty coverage up to five (5) years. Learn more about our warranty policy here
How do I choose the right desk and chair size in my bundle?
Chairs are adjustable and easy to move around, so desk size plays the biggest role in finding the right fit and comfort in your setup.
Before choosing a size, we recommend: - Decide where the setup will go and note nearby doors, windows, outlets, and wall clearance.
- Measure the width and depth of the area to ensure the desk fits comfortably.
- Allow space around the desk for chair movement, walking space, and sit-to-stand adjustment.
Once you have an accurate idea about the size of your setup space, you can choose the desk size. The Xtreme desk in the bundles come in two sizes:
- 47.2 ×29.5"x46.1" (1200x750x1170mm) with a desktop of 47.2″×29.5″×0.71″ (1200×750×18mm)
- 55.1"×29.5"x46.1" (1400×750x1170mm) with a desktop of 55.1″×29.5″×0.71″ (1400×750×18mm)
Both sizes share the same height adjustment and support the same ergonomic performance — your choice mainly depends on how much space you have and how much items you want on your desk.
