What is adjustable built-in lumbar support? How does it work?

Our Kaiser 3 features adjustable lumbar support integrated into the backrest, controlled by knobs on both sides. This allows you to manually raise or lower your lumbar support with the right-hand knob while using the left-hand knob to increase or decrease its bulge for an even more natural curve.
What is a magnetic head pillow and how does it work?
The magnetic head pillow in our Kaiser 3 is designed to support your head and neck naturally. It uses magnets for easy positioning, allowing you to adjust it up and down effortlessly within a 20cm range. This feature ensures optimal comfort and support tailored to individual preferences.
What’s the difference between the Kaiser 3 Series and the Kaiser 3 Pro Series?
The Kaiser 3 and Kaiser 3 Pro share the same design and functionality, distinguished primarily by their armrests. The Kaiser 3 features 4D armrests with changeable magnetic tops available in seven colors. In contrast, the Kaiser 3 Pro offers 5D armrests, and the newly added 40° upward mode, allowing gamers to adopt more flexible and comfortable postures.
How difficult is assembly?
The overall installation process is straightforward and easy, requiring only the included Allen wrench and a few screws. Each package includes a user manual with an assembly guide that provides clear instructions for assembling your chair.
Can I customize my chair?
